My room is still a bit of a mess because of my packrat tendencies. But I found that keeping everything can be useful!

I just spent a few hours going through my shoeboxes of bills and bank statements going back to my freshman year, and now I have binders and folders of more-or-less complete financial records. Now how cool is that? Granted I should have been doing this organization in the first place....

We had a very nice Packrats Anonymous meeting at C's place the other day. Of course, packrats can't be cured, and much enabling behaviour goes on at these meetings. The only way that true packrats can get rid of anything is by giving it to other packrats.
