And the books came tumblin' down

My sister's coming into town, so right before I was about to go to bed, I went back to my room to check her flight number just in case I forget in the morning. I opened the door and, like magic, a sea of books had flooded my room! The bookshelf mounted on my wall had collapsed while I was gone.

"Oh no, I have to go to bed late now," I thought. So why don't I go upstairs and ramble at people while I'm at it? Good thing Deeps and romantic_cynic were still awake--they offered to come down and help me clean up the contents of my bookshelf. Thank y'all for helping! It looks like I may now get a head start on packing up to move to my new apartment in September. :)

For some reason I feel rather unfazed. Maybe I'm just tired. But maybe it's because I'm about to graduate and really, I just don't care. :)

It's ok--I'm trying to figure out whether or not I have the skills to actually find a suitable stud and put it back in. The room's probably due for a cleaning anyhow. :)
