I did not know you could get 225 lbs of elk meat from Amazon! jadia claims it'll fit in the oven, but I (and lokiect) remain dubious. Should we? Or shouldn't we? Or perhaps we should find some other meat and experiment!

it is currently unavailable :(, but I am extremely puzzled by the fact that the product weighs 225 lbs while the shipping weight is only 180.
