Two hundred twenty-five pounds of meat

I did not know you could get 225 lbs of elk meat from Amazon! jadia claims it'll fit in the oven, but I (and lokiect) remain dubious. Should we? Or shouldn't we? Or perhaps we should find some other meat and experiment!
