Heh, you flatter me. My menus are haphazard. Here was my story: This past Saturday, I got meat from McKinnon's in huge quantities. Marbled sirloin tips stared at me straight in the face. What was I to do? So I asked Google. Most recipes took too long. I had not the time... ... But for bulgogi! All it really needed were: simple marinade, High heat on a pan, and then dinner could be served. Totally a win :-)
However, I think your idea is wonderful. I should try that next :-)
Actually I think Mo told me about that once. He must have also put in other fruits in his marinade as well. If memory serves, it was quite a hit. I should make a mental note--thanks for the idea :-)
