Look at the Lowe's ad on the right--usually an advertiser makes use of the information that I'm looking at the weather in Somerville, MA and populates that space with an appropriate ad, such as "It's snowing in Somerville--come to the Bahamas!" or "It's 15 F in Somerville, but it's 73 in Florida". But apparently Lowe's got confused and showed up Sterling, VA instead.
