It sounds good... but unless you guys have a 20 gallon freezer you may have trouble eating it all before it goes bad... unless you were planning on having an elk meat party, in which case this'd be just the thing! Yes, I can see it now, everyone comes by in the morning to pick up ten pounds in the morning, and then it's a race back home to the ovens and stoves to see who can cook the tastiest carcass before we all meet back for a potluck dinner : )
